Hi, I’m Mollie. If you struggle with digestion and loving your body, I’ve been right where you are now. My journey through disordered eating and digestive problems started when I was a child. I went from eating fast food, TV dinners, and doughnuts, and being severely constipated and sluggish much of the time (no fun for a kid!), to severely restricting my eating, over-exercising, and being anxious all the time about my health and eating the “wrong thing”.
Then, at age 13, a back injury caused a total re-evaluation of my diet, exercise and even my beliefs about myself. I wasn’t allowed any exercise other than walking (doctor’s orders), and on my long morning walks, I began to feel a new sense of comfort and ease in my body. I also began to seriously question the unsustainable life I had been living. Since that time, I’ve learned how to grow my own food and herbal medicine, cook delicious food from scratch, enjoy a simple diet of REAL food, love my body, and only do exercise I actually enjoy! >> 4) Live small-group training calls (1 per month) where you'll gain foundational knowledge + wisdom about creating health.
